• Duplicate Payments: If a client accidentally makes a duplicate payment, the extra amount will be refunded within 7 working days after verification.
• Service Not Initiated: If we are unable to begin the agreed service due to internal reasons (such as platform errors, ad account restrictions, or unavoidable technical issues), a full refund will be issued.
• Partial Service Rendered: If services have been partially completed and a verified issue arises from reoo.xyz's side (like internal errors or campaign limitations beyond the client’s control), a partial refund may be considered based on the work completed and the value delivered.

3. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued in the following scenarios:

• The client does not provide necessary materials or access (such as ad creatives, targeting details, or account permissions) within the agreed timeline.
• The client changes their mind or discontinues services after we have started working on the campaign.
• The client is dissatisfied with lead quality or campaign results, as outcomes may vary depending on multiple factors like market conditions, audience behavior, and ad platform rules.
• The client engages in illegal, unethical, or non-compliant use of generated leads.

However, if you face any concerns during your campaign, we encourage you to contact us. We’ll do our best to assist you in optimizing your results, though refunds may not be applicable in such cases.

4. Refund Process

• A clear explanation of the issue
• Proof of the problem (e.g., duplicate payment receipt, screenshots)
